  • How do I start the Tetrobreath system?

What exactly is the difference between Tetrobreath "STARTERKIT" and Tetrobreath "SYSTEMKIT" or "BASICS"?

To get you started on the right foot, we usually recommend the Tetrobreath Starter Kit. It contains all of our basic products, those products you need to successfully apply the Tetrobreath method + some of our other most common used products. For instance, you'll find the products that were designed to use any time of day and to make permanent the effects of our ORAL RINSE and TOOTHPASTE - in pocket size format.

Another way to get started is by using the "Tetrobreath System Kit" = "Tetrobreath Basics". It has the essential, indispensable products for our treatment:

  • Oral Rinse: indispensable to reach back of your throat.
  • Toothpaste: indispensable for the teeth area and tongue.
  • Tongue Cleaner: "anti-gag" triple headed tongue cleaner to place any of our toothpastes on the cleaning head and gently stroke from back to front.

  • (If along with these "basics" you need to use something in the middle of the day, we would suggest you try our new ZOX mints. They are very affordable and they are the longest, lasting breath protection that we have in a 'quick to use' format.)

You'll also get an extensive description of the Tetrobreath method. When you start to use Tetrobreath, do not use ANY other oral products with it. The "hodgepodge" of chemicals in commercial products prevent Tetrobreath from working properly.

Which of your Toothpastes should be used along with which of your mouthwashes?

Each of our Toothpastes can be used with each of our Rinses - Any of the Tetrobreath Gels or Rinses was designed to be used in combination with any other of our products.
E.g. TheraBrite Toothpaste (fights bad breath and whitens your teeth) can be used with Tetrobreath Oral Rinse, Aktiv Oxigen, Oral Rinse PLUS, Perio Therapy Rinse, etc.

Which is the strongest of your formulas?

Tetrobreath PLUS contains a great combination of anti-microbial agents as well as components that are great for oral health in general. The products in the PLUS line include Oral Rinse, Toothpaste, Spray, Power Drops, and Gum.

I have bleeding gums - what can I do?
    What exactly is "PERIOTHERAPY"?

PerioTherapy line of Oral Rinse and Toothpaste is similar to the Tetrobreath PLUS line, but focuses more on gum health, which is still the number one oral disease in the world - more of a problem than cavities by far! And because chronic gum disease can lead to other health problems, such as heart attacks, strokes, pneumonia, and birth problems for pregnant women, we highly recommend PerioTherapy products.

Perio Therapy was designed to fight bad breath and to fight bleeding gums. The effect for bad breath is immediate, for bleeding gums a regular use of 6 months will lead to beneficial results.

I have bought "Aktiv Oxigen Tablets": How much water should I add? Is it the same from "Oral Rinse"?

Just add 1 tablet to 250 ml bottle & add water to create potent oral rinse. Add 2 tabs to make 2x strength version. Identical to Oral Rinse, same characteristics and instructions - however, unflavored. Unique Product: Great for travelers.

Is there any way I can whiten my teeth and get rid of bad breath at the same time? I don't have the time to use dozens of different products several times a day?

Actually, our TheraBrite toothpaste is BOTH a whitening toothpaste AND a breath toothpaste. Just use it in conjunction with any of our oxygenating rinses - Tetrobreath, AktivOxigen, Tetrobreath PLUS, and PerioTherapy - All of our products are designed to work together.

Does the TheraBrite gel and oral rinse have the same ability to fight bad breath like the rest of the product?

    Yes.

What happens if I would swallow Oral Rinse?

SWALLOWING THE RINSE: many people prefer to actual swallow the Tetrobreath rinse. While this is perfectly safe, most patients prefer to swallow the AktivOxigen Rinse (made from the tablets) instead of the mouthwash since it has no flavor. In this case, we recommend using your regular Tetrobreath rinse to gargle, but swallowing 1-2 capfuls of the AktivOxigen rinse at the end of your oral routine. The purpose of swallowing the rinse is to reach bacteria that are beyond your 'Gagging Point' and therefore have not yet had contact with the medication.

    Does your toothpaste contain fluoride?

The proven beneficial effect of fluoride to fight tooth decay (caries) made us decide that our toothpastes contain fluoride. However, people preferring a toothpaste not containing fluoride, simply can use our NON-Fluoride version. Our Toothpaste comes in both a Sodium Fluoride version and a NON-Fluoride version.

What's the expiration date for Tetrobreath products?

Unless otherwise indicated, our products have a shelf life of 3 years. As long as you put the cap back on the bottle of mouthwash and toothpaste: If the toothpaste is kept at room temperature and uncapped, the toothpaste would still be potent for two years. If the mouthwash is kept at room temperature, uncapped, it would stay potent for about 6 months. For "Aktiv Oxigen" solution (tablets mixed with water): 4 weeks after the solution was made.
