For best results, use by first placing any of our toothpastes on the cleaning head and GENTLY stroking from back to front.

The trick with tongue scraping is that you first must remove the mucus layer from your tongue, THEN apply the toothpaste to the back of your tongue. This allows the toothpaste to penetrate beneath the surface of your tongue where the anaerobic bacteria thrive. Unless you remove the mucus layer first, you will NOT be able to reach these bacteria.
